As I previously mentioned, I've been working out a lot lately, but I've plateaued when it comes to losing weight. The problem with this? I'm overeating. On a stressful schedule in an office loaded with crap food will often breakdown my meager willpower and I end up eating stuff I shouldn't. So, starting today, I am sticking to a healthy food routine: eating healthy things every few hours. My lunch today? Falafel and tabbouleh -- tasty and (relatively) healthy. My friend DY sent me the video for this Korean Pizza Hut commercial, and after watching it... it'll help me stick to my diet.
