i totally applaud your diet-conscious self. :) i'm going to keep to my diet of fresher food and smaller portions when I get back, too. now i just need to learn to have carrot sticks a coupla times a day or something to boost up my metabolism, because all i have here is toast for breakfast and then nothing until dinner. good for you! and good job on the shredding...i have tons of that to do, and i dread it.
